That little white plastic table thing in the middle of your pizza when you open the box (aka. pizza saver, pizza table, box tent, and the original name, package saver). It was invented in1985 by Carmela Vitale of NY. These little pieces of plastic are usually put in the center of a fresh pizza to be delivered to or picked up by a customer so the box doesn't touch the pizza. Generally, pizza savers serve a purpose for all of 30 minutes to an hour UNLESS they are reused.
I wish I had a ton of them to melt together and create a giant replica of a pizza saver big enough to have new life as a REAL pizza table.
